People have different ways to tend their skin according to different seasons

When temperatures changes, a new routine should be followed, no matter which country you belong to. Tending in winter is not an easy work, as in winter, the skin becomes drier. You need more water for your skin than other season.

In order to make your complexion looks bright and beautiful to other people, you should know some tips.

During winter, you should make sure give your skin enough water and keep it moisturized. Some people may say they belong to oily skins group; they need not to do that. It is not theoretical right, as their outer layer can get very dry.

Exfoliate is also very important for skin care in winter. This is exactly the point that people often ignore. They think removing the dead skin is beauty care done in summer. Although we need not to remove dead skin as frequently that in summer, we should do at least once a week. Only the dead cells removed, can the skin absorb extra moisture freely. In winter, our skin no longer produces the boring oil because of the low temperatures. Without the care of the oil, water that used to contained in the lower dermis loose away.

Last but not least, sleep, to some degree, is the effective prescription for beauty. If you do not get enough sleep, your cell does not get enough oxygen to renew. You should get at least 7 hours, if not 8, one day.
