VoIP an exciting new way to enjoy your phone over the internet has become very popular over the past few years, which in the market is great for, would be Agents and Brokers. Certain companies like Access Line Communications and Covad provide opportunities for anyone who would like to make a profit without too much investment. The only particulars in order to make the profit are your time involvement. The system is so simple, low cost, and great function ability for anyone at home or in business.  The cost for operation is very low. Since VoIP was a relatively a new product on the market many people watched to see how it would progress with households and in business. The system is very simple to use unlike the regular phone system no service technician is needed. There is software down load program and an Ethernet that you can connect your phone up to in order to get service.  The system hosts many phone lines and a designated fax line. The whole program and system units are at a very low cost some only begin at $7.95 per month for residential and $34.99 (included a dedicated internet connection for the service) per line for unlimited local and long distance calling for business service.

 The agent channel side of telecommunications is rapidly changing as well. Not only are agents selling IP phone systems and services, but the latest trend shows a large shift to a broker business module with the boom of VoIP. Many brokers are seeing the wholesale VoIP call termination and origination services expanding worldwide and offering an endless amount of potential buyers and sellers. The trend is starting to shift agents into bringing buyers and sellers of wholesale VoIP together and brokering the routes and origination services. The cost of the sale for the agents is far lower because everything is done over the internet and payment should always be either prepaid or with a VoIP escrow service. It is important for brokers to factor in the cost associated with escrow when deciding upon their price point. However, t it is important to take advantage of these services to guarantee payment and delivery of services when conducting business internationally over the internet.
