Spysure online monitoring software allows the stationary networking, not only of the hygrotest transmitters (humidity and temperature), but also of all stationary temperature probes and unlimited transmitters. And also uses the same transmitters, which simultaneously act as a control and regulation

As an online monitoring software, Spysure is used. This offers:

Setup of the RS485 network (supports up to 32 measurement channels).
Online measurement recording with a freely selectable measurement rate (e.g. every 30 seconds).
Automatic data storage
Export possibility to Excel (also during the online measurement).
Group formation: Several measurement channels can be allocated to a group. This way several windows (tables or graphs) can be viewed parallel to each other.
Curve diagrams, bar graphs and mosaic images.

New process displays act as „multi-functional converters“ (for installation in the front of the switch cabinet) from the testo 54 family, which have the following functions:

RS485 output.
two relay outputs, loadable up to 260 VAC / 3A.
Totalisator (sum function, e.g. for flow applications).
Auxilliary energy output 24 VDC / 50 mA can take over the transmitter supply.
Min./max. value store.

Spysure online monitoring software, processes are monitored professionally, with stationary installation suited to industry.
