Are worried about your erections? Worry does not solve anything, so read this article and use these tips which would make your penis healthier and more vigorous. I am pretty sure that’s what you need to put a spark in your sex life.

How to maintain a Healthy penis Although most men worry about their penises, very few men actually do anything to keep it healthy. When you have a healthy penis you do not have to worry about your erection strength or stamina and you will definitely enjoy a great sex life.

You might not know this, but as you grow older, the level of testosterone produced by your body begins to reduce starting at the age of 30. It keeps reducing at an alarming rate of 10% every ten years.

As we all know from high school biology, testosterone is a hormone that is responsible for sperm production, pubic and body hair, muscle, bone and in maintaining your sex drive. As the production of this hormone slowly reduces, the effects are gradually shown in a man, as he grows older. This decrease in testosterone would show in most men in one or all of these in different extents:

  • Aches and pains
  • Bone loss
  • Decreased sexual drive and performance
  • Depression
  • Fatigue
  • Hair Loss
  • Increased fat
  • Irritability
  • Loss of physical agility
  • Sleeping problems
  • Sweating and flushing
You can see why you need to maintain a healthy and vigorous penis. If you love sex and you want to keep enjoying the benefits of a wonderful sex life with your woman, then you should consider the following tips:
  • Ensure you eat a healthy and a well-balanced diet. To keep your erections strong, you have to take care of the arteries supplying blood to your penis. Eliminate animal fats, sugar, fried or junk foods from your diet. And eat a high fiber diet, low in saturated fats. This would stop or lessen the accumulation of fatty deposits that tighten and block arteries.
  • If you smoke, then you should quit smoking. Smoking narrows your blood vessels and causes a build of plaque in the arteries that supply blood to your penis. This would manifest in shrinkage of your penis and impotence, as you grow older.
  • Avoid taking alcohol and hard drugs as this increases the risk of impotence or erectile dysfunction
  • Exercise regularly. This is good for your health. You could try swimming, walking, cycling or running for at least 35 minutes a day, three or four times a week.
  • Take multi-vitamin and nutritional supplements. Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Chromium, Zinc, and L-arginine are all good for penile health. You should consult with your doctor on which supplements that would suit you.
  • Engage in natural penis exercises as they ensure good blood to the genitals and also aid in penis enlargement. You can increase both your penile length and girth by engaging in these exercises. You can also take a herbal penis enlargement pill and semen enhancers to multiply the benefits of these exercises
