Ginger when used in this matter is very strong but the effects are worth it. To cure a common cold naturally with Ginger you must first get Organic Ginger Root. Get the pieces of root not the powdered. Boil a good amount (approx 4 TBS) in a small pan of water for approx 10 minutes. Let sit for a short time, strain and drink hot. The remainder of your Ginger Tea can be put in the refrigerator to be used within 12 hours. One must understand that Ginger Tea is very strong and burns all the way down, this is why it works so well.
