You might be thinking that I am joking but I am very serious about this. How can exercising be fun? Its simple, just find a sport that you like and join a club that is willing to train with you.

The best place to find a club to train with is at your local neighborhood. It is much easier to be accepted by a non-professional club than a professional club. But this does not mean that non-professional clubs have lower standards. The big difference is that professional clubs are meant to generate revenue as they entertain their supporters. In most cases it is the non-professional clubs that turn professional as the demand for entertainment increases.

I used to hate jogging because it was not fun and I had nobody to train with. My fitness activities suffered because of inconsistency and procrastination. I needed consistency for me to get into shape and maintain my fitness. I finally decided to join a local football club who accepted to train with me and they used to encourage me to come for training.

I managed to train at least 4 days a week and after eight weeks I managed to lose over 14 kilograms. I used to weight 82 kilograms but these days weight 67 kilograms. If you are willing to loose weight then you need to join a sports club. From my experience, training with other people is much better that training alone. You will be more consistent and most importantly it will be fun because you participating in a sport that you enjoy most.

Joining a sports club will help you loss weight and maintain a good shape. You will be killing two birds with one stone, you will playing your favorite sport and at the same time burning that extra fat. Go ahead and start looking for a sports club to join and you won’t be disappointed.
