Alcoholism eventually creates hurdles in people’s sexual relationships. And when it is the matter of men, it engenders severe sexual problems like erectile dysfunction which not only jeopardizes men’s sexual life but creates great chaos in their personal lives as well.

Alcohol has been found accountable for the occurrence of erectile dysfunction, among majority of men. A small quantity of alcohol is apt to hamper and depress the entire central nervous system and thus notably impairs the functionality of man while sexual intercourse. According to the Harvard study conducted on nearly 2,000 men, heavy drinkers are more prone to erectile dysfunction than those who drink moderately. Moderate drinkers are the least likely to become the victim of such sexual malady.

The study was released by the Harvard School of Public Health at the annual assembly of the American Urological Association. These results are consistent and at par with other allied studies, which have revealed that people who used to have one or two drinks per day usually have lower level of cholesterol and thus are encumber with better blood flow. Since flawless blood circulation is imperative for male to perform better during sexual intercourse, an excessive intake of alcohol should be abstained.

So to keep erectile dysfunction always at bay, show doorway to alcohol.
